For catering, we partner with AlTERREnative, a company based in Chandon, in the north of the department.

We made this choice because we share the same values: good food with quality products.

A large portion of the meat comes, for example, from the agricultural school in Ressins, near Roanne.

Our Chef, Manu, cooks at l’Hermitage and offers a different menu every day based on his preferences and the market.
